The Enneagram is an ancient tool that leaders and groups have found helpful and revealing. We often live the majority of each day unconsciously, like when you get to the office and don't remember actually driving there. We are unconscious of the daily scripts that keep us running on autopilot.

When we stop getting the results that we are looking for, the scripts have stopped working, however, we may not be able to identify what is keeping us feeling stuck in that same old pattern.
