What is executive coaching, and how is it different from therapy or consulting?
Executive coaching focuses on your growth as a leader—how you think, how you make decisions, and the patterns limiting your impact. It is not therapy, and it is not consulting. It is a structured process that helps you see what you cannot see on your own and develop the capacity to lead at a higher level.

What is a Leadership Center?
Your Leadership Center is the processing pattern—Head, Heart, or Action—that helped you reach your current level but can quietly limit your next one. The instincts that made you effective earlier in your career can become the very things that cap your impact as the stakes grow.
What is the Enneagram, and why do you use it?
The Enneagram maps nine patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Unlike tools that describe only what you do, it helps reveal the deeper motivations and fears driving your behavior under pressure. I use it to help leaders understand blind spots and create lasting change.
What credentials do you hold?
I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, an iEQ9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner, and an iPEC Certified Professional Coach. These credentials represent rigorous training, hundreds of hours of coaching practice, and ongoing professional development.
How long does a coaching engagement typically last?
Most engagements begin with a six-month commitment. Meaningful leadership development takes time to identify the pattern, work through it under real pressure, and build new capacity that lasts.
