My favorite way to start each day is with a good book and the required cup of coffee. My family and I love to travel and do a lot! When we visit new places, we are more likely to explore outdoor adventures than museums (unless it is related to air and space).
For my own sanity, I ride a Harley, do anything with airplanes, read books for fun, go camping in the mountains, play lots of water sports, and run obstacle races.
Wow! That sounds like a lot!
Over the years I have been the recipient of lots of help overcoming obstacles in my life's journey, so I understand what it feels like to be stuck. I love to help leaders step into their most unhindered selves.
I spent ten years on staff at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship helping others discover their life’s purpose, and have now expanded that ministry as a Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). And most recently I became certified with the Integrative Enneagram. It is a tool that has helped me tremendously, so I am happy to share it with others.
