You can't change a story you don't realize you're telling.

Growth happens through consciously taking three (simple but not easy) steps:

  1. Awareness:
    • Notice what is capturing your attention.
    • Where do you consistently feel your focus going?
  2. Meaning:
    • Discover why you are so attentive to it.
    • Why might this drawing your attention make sense in your life?
  3. Reframing:
    • Change the narrative.
    • What is a new story that could be equally true but also empowering to you?

Taking control (or maybe just a little bit more) of your mindset doesn't happen by accident. It is a journey that starts with AWARENESS.
